Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Delivann. It exists to keep the platform safe, lawful and useful for every customer.

1. You must not

• Use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload content you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the platform.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system without prior written consent.
• Use the service to generate spam, harassment, hate speech or CSAM.
• Use the service to build a competing AI product using our outputs.
• Resell or sublicense access without a written agreement.

2. Sensitive data

Delivann is not currently intended for the primary storage of regulated health, payment card, or classified government data. Contact us before uploading such content so we can advise on appropriate configuration.

3. Automated access

API usage must respect published rate limits. Systematic scraping of the platform or its outputs is prohibited.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove offending content, throttle access or suspend accounts. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
