Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Delivann you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company.

1. The service

Delivann provides a credit-based platform that reads, indexes and answers questions about business documents you upload to your workspace.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Credits and billing

• One credit costs €0.10 (or the equivalent in the selected currency).
• Credits are purchased up-front, starting at 50 credits.
• Credits are consumed only while a Platform capability or Solution bundle is active in your workspace.
• Bank transfer is the only payment method currently available. Other methods are marked as coming soon.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not train shared models on your content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the platform available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance may occur.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Delivann AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
